FoxJump Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FoxJump ("Service"), a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) platform provided by Lukas Kohlenbach ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any future updates or modifications.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
We provide you with access to our Service according to the terms of your subscription. The Service is provided "as-is" and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
Free Plan:
You may access the Service for free under our Free Plan, which provides limited features and usage based on the terms specified in your account. The Free Plan is subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion, and we may introduce limits on usage, features, or functionality at any time.
Paid Plans:
We also offer Paid Plans that provide additional features, capabilities, and enhanced usage limits. By selecting a Paid Plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees, as outlined on our pricing page or communicated at the time of purchase. The fees for Paid Plans are billed on a [monthly/annual] basis, depending on the plan selected. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle, and your selected payment method will be charged accordingly.
Free to Paid Transition:
If you transition from a Free Plan to a Paid Plan, you will be charged according to the pricing associated with the Paid Plan you selected. The payment will be due immediately upon upgrading, and any billing will follow the billing cycle of your selected Paid Plan.
Free Trial Period (if applicable):
If you are offered a Free Trial of a Paid Plan, you will be notified of the trial period duration. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically enrolled in the Paid Plan unless you cancel prior to the trial's expiration. You may cancel your trial at any time before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.
Payment Methods and Billing:
We accept payment via the payment methods specified on our platform. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining up-to-date payment details. If payment fails for any reason, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Paid Plan until the issue is resolved.
